The WCMV organization is offering several types of registration fees.

It is possible to attend the conference remotely or in person. Large variety of registration fees as listed in the table below is covering all possibilities.

The due date for early registration is April 30, 2022. Last day for registration fee payment is June 15, 2022.

This registration fee covers coffee breaks, lunches, welcome drink, conference banquet, conference material and access to presentation rooms.

To register for the conference, kindly fill-in the form and proceed as instructed.
​
Each regular participant is entitled to the maximum of two presentations.
​
A reduced fee for Mini-Symposia organizers will only be attributed if the Mini-Symposium will have at least three regular participants (except for the organizers).

Student fee can only be claimed upon certificate. The certificate does not have a standard form, any document proving the student's status is sufficient, e.g. a document downloaded from the student’s area confirming enrolment in this academic year or a copy of the student’s card. It does not have to be stamped or certified.
Prospective participants are encouraged to place all questions regarding the type of registration fee to the organization
Other questions related to payments, invoices and receipts should be placed to the official events’ organizer Abreu Events Portugal, which will be in charge of this process.

Cancelation and Refund Policy
In case of cancellation without replacement (*), the registration fee minus 40,00 € for handling charges will be refunded within three months from the notification, provided that the cancellation is received by Abreu Events before 30 April 2022.
After 30 April 2022, any cancellation is non-refundable.
(*) As an alternative to cancelation, your registration may be transferred to another person prior to 3 June 2022 without incurring a penalty.
If due to the Covid pandemic the organization will not be allowed by governmental restrictions to hold presential conference, then the conference will transit to fully remote mode. All participants who paid by that time registration fee for in-person participation will receive the difference between the fees. Nevertheless, if under such conditions the participant will cancel its registration, then the above statement for cancellation without replacement will apply.
